We collect as little as we can, and we never sell it. Here's exactly what Wickborn keeps and why.
This website
- No analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, page and time) for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
What the terminal keeps
- Your account: your email and a secure hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Your plan: Free or Pro, and your access start and end dates.
- Payments: the transaction ID (TXID) and network of each payment, so one payment activates one plan. Blockchain transfers are public by nature.
- Alerts: if you connect Telegram alerts, your Telegram chat ID and the alert feeds you choose.
- Your settings: preferences such as the exchanges you pick.
- Security data: your IP address and login times, used to keep accounts safe and stop abuse.
Cookies
The terminal uses one cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare carries the connection to the terminal and protects it from attacks, so it sees your IP address.
- Telegram delivers our messages and alerts under Telegram's own privacy policy.
- Our web host serves this website.
We don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account, plan and payment records are kept while your account exists. Security logs are kept only for a short time. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your email, settings and chat ID. Payment TXIDs may be kept as a record that a payment was used.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging @WickbornDesk.
- Turn alerts off, or disconnect Telegram, whenever you want.
Age
Wickborn is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
