These terms cover the Wickborn website and the Wickborn terminal at app.wickborn.space. By creating an account or using either, you agree to them.
Wickborn is market analytics, not financial advice. Nothing on Wickborn tells you to buy, sell or hold anything. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.
1. What Wickborn is
Wickborn is a browser-based terminal that brings together public market data from several crypto exchanges: a scanner, consolidated order-book depth, a merged trade tape, model-based market reads ("Wick Read") and Telegram alerts. It describes market conditions. It does not place orders, hold funds or connect to your exchange accounts.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use services like this where you live. You are responsible for following the laws and exchange rules that apply to you.
3. Accounts and access
- Your access is tied to the email you log in with. Keep your password private; one account is for one person.
- Free and Pro plans are switched on by hand after you message us on Telegram (@WickbornDesk).
- The terminal is open during set hours, currently 5 PM to 12 AM Sri Lanka time (UTC+5:30). Outside those hours it is closed.
- We may change features, limits, supported exchanges or opening hours, and the service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, exchange outages or network problems.
4. Payments
- Pro is paid in USDT to a wallet address we send you in a private Telegram chat. We never post wallet addresses publicly; if someone else gives you an address, don't pay it.
- After paying, send us the transaction ID (TXID). Each TXID activates one plan, once.
- A Monthly plan runs 30 days and an Annual plan 365 days, counted from the day we activate your email.
- Network fees are paid by the sender. Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address usually can't be recovered.
5. Refunds
Because access is digital and switched on by hand, payments are not refundable once your plan has been activated. If we can't activate your access after you've paid, we return the full amount in USDT to the wallet it came from. Questions about a payment? Message @WickbornDesk.
6. Fair use
You agree not to:
- share, resell or redistribute your account, the terminal's screens or its data;
- scrape, copy or automatically extract data from the terminal, or access it with bots or scripts;
- try to reverse-engineer, overload, probe or break into the service or other users' accounts.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
7. Data and models
Market data comes from third-party exchanges and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Wick Read and alerts come from statistical models and past market situations; they can be wrong and they say nothing certain about the future. Everything is provided "as is", without any warranty.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wickborn is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or any indirect loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Wickborn means you accept the update.
